Australia, the world’s largest island and smallest continent, is rich in natural wonders, cultural diversity, endless shoreline, and vast outback. Melbourne, is dynamic and friendly, filled with live music, neighborhood pubs and cafes, tree-lined boulevards, and a mix of Victorian and modern architecture. It offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle while just minutes from Australia’s famous countryside, beaches, and national parks.
At the University of Melbourne—Melbourne Uni—you will find inspiration in the beautifully landscaped grounds and classic architecture. Its reputation for high academic standards attracts Australia’s top students as well as students from all over the world. Select from all of the courses offered and enjoy a wide range of topics or fulfill major requirements. Get acquainted with other students, the university, and the city during your orientation before the start of classes. Take advantage of trips organized by the university’s International Centre, as well as the many clubs, societies, and athletic teams. The varied curriculum, myriad recreational and social activities, and diversity of cultures and landscapes guarantees something for everyone.

Faculty & Staff
The University of Melbourne
has staff available to provide orientation, on-site support, and
advising to help you adjust to a new educational system and integrate
into campus life.
Housing
& Meals
The majority of students live in off-campus apartments. Housing
in on-campus residential colleges is limited. Meal plan is not included
in the program fee.
Excursions
& Social Activities
Throughout the semester, the International Centre helps to arrange
trips for study abroad students. Trips are optional and costs are
additional.
