Notification
Scholarship recipients are notified of scholarship awards by email approximately six weeks after the application deadline

Alternate awards may become available due to a recipient declining the award, a recipient who becomes ineligible for the award, etc.. Recipients are notified by email.

Learning Abroad Center First Step Meetings

Returning scholarship recipients will be required to participate in our orientations for students going abroad and share their experiences.

Release & Waiver & Proof of Insurance
Students participating on programs not affiliated with the Learning Abroad Center will be required to submit a signed University of Minnesota Release and Waiver form and proof of CISI International Insurance.
